Inspiration can come from the most unlikely places. For me, it was sitting on my couch watching a reality tv show, The Bachelor, when I realized that we, as women, often look towards others to give us value and worth instead of learning to be content with who we are and the love that we need to give ourselves.  This is my attempt to share my experiences and musings in an effort to provide hope, encouragement, and inspiration to those who my be at a place in life where they need to discover self love and worth for themselves…and not from a rose ceremony.
